1. If your account is temporaily disabled due to password aging, you will see a "Login failed" message as shown below when you attempt to login HKU Portal. User can click the link "Change your PIN now" to change HKU Portal PIN using your current PIN.
2. In the Reset HKU Portal PIN window, type in your HKU Portal UID and your Current HKU Portal PIN. Users will also be asked to type in a few random letters or digits generated in a graphical image that cannot be read by a machine. This prevents automated malicious programs from filling in the online form.
After entering all information, click "Submit".

3. Enter a NEW PIN in the HKU Portal PIN field as shown below. The PIN must be 8 characters, with at least one letter (a-z, A-Z) and one digit (0-9).

User will see the confirmation message below after the new PIN is accepted. The new PIN will be effective in 20 minutes.
