We are pleased to inform our users that starting from September 1, 2002, students who need to create/change their bank account information registered at the University can do so through HKUESD, the Electronic Services Delivery of the University, on the web. Previously, students had to go personally to the Finance and Enterprises Office in the Knowles Building to make such changes, but now they can do it via the web.
1. visit the HKU Intranet
web site;
2. click the "HKUESD" icon;
3. click the link "Finance and Enterprises Office - Form Submission"
on the HKUESD menu;
4. choose the form "FEO-1b";
5. fill in the form, sign and submit it electronically using your HKU
digital certificate (HKU-cert).
Alternatively, the application can be accessed through the "Student Connect" system as follows:
1. visit the HKU Intranet
web site;
2. click the "Student Connect" icon;
3. click the link "Student Financial Information" from the menu;
4. click the link "Change Bank Account Information";
5. choose the form "FEO-1b";
6. fill in the form, sign and submit it electronically using your HKU
digital certificate (HKU-cert).
The bank account information change will normally be effected at day-end.
Students making such service requests will be notified via e-mail of the
change when it is effected, and they can also check their updated bank
account information through the "Student Financial Information" function
of the "Student Connect" system.
