Please take this opportunity to participate in this Computer Centre User Survey and give us your valuable feedback on the quality and your satisfaction level of the computer services provided by the HKU Computer Centre. We conduct this survey on a bi-annual basis to see if the user needs and user satisfaction levels have changed over the last 2 years.
This survey is intended for all members of the University whether you
are a student, a faculty member or other staff.
We feel it is important to listen to our users on which services
are most important to them, and what are the areas in which we are doing
well and areas in which we need to improve, so that we can focus our efforts
on providing better services in those areas which are important to our
users.
In this survey, you are asked to rate the importance and your satisfaction
level of the services that we provide on a scale of 1 to 5 on:
Importance (1=
not at all important, 5= most important, 0= not applicable)
Satisfaction
(1= not at all satisfied, 5= most satisfied, 0= not applicable).
