Extended Hours for Technician Support Service

We are pleased to inform our users that starting from February 1, 1999 the Computer Centre has enhanced its technician service for supporting the University Campus Network and PC equipment maintenance by extending the service hours beyond the normal office hours, as follows :

Monday to Friday : 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday : 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday and holidays: 12:00 noon - 6:00 p.m.

To report problems or request service, please use the following phone numbers :
 

  • During normal office hours (9:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday,  9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Saturday)

  • During the extended hours :
