This system sends bulk e-mail notices for authorised
departmental users to staff and students of the
University. Apply for a submitter's account in
the HKU Portal -> Campus Information.

for a departmental account
A departmental account can be set up for departmental
e-mail, or for visitors in the department. This
type of account requires annual renewal.
Web
Services
Departments can host their web pages on the HKU
web server. The department's administrator can apply
for an account on the web server.
Documentation
All computer services are described in detail in
the handbooks.
PC/Network
Support
Departmental representatives are nominated from
each department to liaise between their department
and the Computer Centre and assist their department
members with basic computer problems.
Computer
Training Courses
are offered by the Computer Centre to help our staff
and students learn how to use our software and services.

Software and Hardware
The Computer Centre has negotiated discount prices
for the purchase of hardware and software for
departments of HKU.
