HKU PortalAccess the HKU Portal  
The HKU Portal gives departmental accounts access to HKU webmail and other online departmental services.

Bulk EmailBulk E-mail System
This system sends bulk e-mail notices for authorised departmental users to staff and students of the University. Apply for a submitter's account in the HKU Portal -> Campus Information.

Departmental AccountApply for a departmental account
A departmental account can be set up for departmental e-mail, or for visitors in the department. This type of account requires annual renewal. 

Web ServiceWeb Services
Departments can host their web pages on the HKU web server. The department's administrator can apply for an account on the web server.
Campus NetworkAccess the HKU network within campus
Register a departmental network card for a visitor to use the HKU network via the HallNet, ACEnet or Wireless LAN.

PC/Network SupportPC/Network Support
Departmental representatives are nominated from each department to liaise between their department and the Computer Centre and assist their department members with basic computer problems.  		Computer Training CoursesComputer Training Courses
are offered by the Computer Centre to help our staff and students learn how to use our software and services.

PC Software and HardwarePC Software and Hardware
The Computer Centre has negotiated discount prices for the purchase of hardware and software for departments of HKU.
